Return and Exchange Policy

At Shuchi label, every saree is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We currently offer exchange only in case of damage or manufacturing defects.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Your order details
  • Clear images of the issue
  • Opening (unboxing) video

Our support team will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.


2. Important Conditions

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an unboxing video
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With all original tags intact
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions
  • No returns or exchanges apply on sale or discounted items

3. Return Process

a. Reverse Pickup

If your location is serviceable:

  • Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 3–5 working days

b. Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

  • You may ship the product to us via a reliable courier
  • Return shipping charges will be reimbursed upon verification

📦 Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


4. Return Address

Please send all returns to:

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after approval by our returns team
  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 48 hours
  • It may take 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account

6. Responsibility & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe return shipment
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service
  • We are not liable for:
    • Lost return shipments
    • Damages during return transit

Refunds will only be issued after:

  • The product is received, or
  • Valid proof of delivery is provided

7. No Return Policy (General Cases)

We do not offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Color or expectation mismatch
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
