COD and Cancellation Policy

At Shuchi Label, we aim to offer a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Please review our Cash on Delivery (COD) and cancellation guidelines below.


1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for your convenience.

Availability

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes only
  • Availability will be shown at checkout

Charges

  • A nominal COD fee may be applied at checkout

Order Confirmation

  • COD orders may require manual confirmation via call, SMS, or email
  • Orders not confirmed may be automatically cancelled

Order Acceptance

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restriction of COD access for future purchases

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
  • To cancel, email us at support@shuchilabel.co.in with your order details

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for eligible cases

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation approval and may take 3–5 working days to reflect
  • COD Orders:
    No refund is applicable as no payment is collected in advance

4. Refusal of Delivery (COD Orders)

If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery:

  • It may be treated as a failed order
  • Repeated refusals may result in restriction or disabling of COD for future orders
